We SO appreciate your feedback. As a grassroots, growing non-profit we need to hear from you to improve our services and provide the Kaua'i community with the best possible programs. If you have attended a HOTspot, virtual STEAM night, or have participated with KCSC in any way we would love if you shared a bit about your experience. Cheers!

Kauai Community Science Center to
Bring Science & Community Together on Kauai.
KSCS wants to create more opportunities for students, parents, teachers and the whole community to experience informal science learning that is fun, creative and relevant. We create our events, STEAM nights and internship programs with the Kaua'i community in mind - providing awesome experiences for Kaua'i to get involved with science.
For a sustainable Kaua'i we need a well qualified workforce with a strong STEAM foundation and solid 21st Century Learning Skills like collaboration, communication, critical thinking and creativity. KCSC models and promotes 21st Century Learning Skills and provides a wide variety of STEAM programing to grow science literacy on Kauai.
Climate change impacts all of us. Through the KCSC CLIMATE CONNECT we encourage everyone to Connect to Make a Difference and think about how everything we do is somehow related to taking care of our planet. We are very proud of our CLIMATE CONNECT logo created by Brynn Lee Hirata in 2020 when she was a sixth grader at Waimea Canyon Middle School.
We all thrive in a safe and respectful environment and providing that is our goal for our team, guests, events and community.
